DELIVERY POLICY

1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia and Singapore.  Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
2. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
3. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the courier service within a stipulated time frame for next deliveries or pick up..
4. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
5. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. A standard shipping fee of RM6.00 for Peninsular Malaysia, for Sabah & Sarawak and Singapore as below

Sabah & Sarawak  - first kg RM13.30, every addition kg RM12

Singapore - first kg $10, every addition kg $3

1. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping charges.
2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

1. Order confirmation and closing time is before 6 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
2. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next two (2) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-

• Peninsular Malaysia : 2 - 3 business working days.*
• Sabah & Sarawak : 7 - 10 business working days.*
• Singapore : 7 - 10 business working days.*

*subject to courier service’s changes.

SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVES PERIODS

1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
2. For festive seasons, please place your order in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
